Der Beitrag beschreibt, in welchem Maße eine implementationstreue Umsetzung des Präventionssystems Communities That Care (CTC) in den ersten 18 Monaten der Intervention in zwölf Kommunen der Community Youth Development Study erreicht wurde – einer fünfjährigen gruppenrandomisierten kontrollierten Studie zur Wirksamkeit des CTC-Systems. Die Installation umfasste sechs CTC-Schulungen durch zertifizierte Trainer pro Standort, lokal ausgewählte gemeindebasierte CTC-Koordinatorinnen und -Koordinatoren, fortlaufendes Monitoring anhand der CTC-Meilensteine und -Benchmarks sowie proaktive technische Unterstützung und Coaching. Über drei Bewertergruppen gemittelt galten zwischen 89 % und 100 % der Meilensteine der ersten vier CTC-Phasen als „vollständig erfüllt“ oder „überwiegend erfüllt“, was auf eine hohe Implementierungstreue in den ersten vier Phasen hinweist.
